MAIA will welcome David C. Ellis as Associate Director for Academic
Affairs in the Fall of 2007. He received his PhD in International Relations and Comparative Politics at the University of Florida.
Mirta Alvarez will join MAIA as Associate Director for Professional Development in the summer of 2007. She comes to us from a highly successful career in the State Department where she gained extensive domestic and international experience.
