PART I: Receive your application online or through the mail

Download your application online
Download the PDF version of the application form and type your information on the form. If you do not have Adobe, you can download the free version.

Receive your application in the mail
E-mail precollege.cstudies@miami.edu or call 800-STUDY-UM (800-788-3986), specifying you wish to receive the Weekend Academy application form.  Please provide us your name, address and telephone number.

PART II: Mail or fax your application

Compile your application packet:

• Completed one-page application (PDF or mailed)
• Parental letter of permission
• Documentation from HS principal or counselor verifying 3.5 GPA
• Application fee of $25
