Provides one-on-one and group advising, advocacy and targeted outreach for underrepresented and first generation students in need of academic and transitional support.

  The Miami Model for Health Professions Education Program aims to build diversity in the health and allied health pro-fessions (especially medicine) by providing high school, undergraduate, and graduate students from underrepre-sented backgrounds with summer opportunities to develop the skills necessary to successfully compete for admission to schools in these fields.

Provides a range of services to maximize undergraduate students' candidacy for prestigious awards, fellowships and scholarships.

  Comprised of the Ronald A. Hammond, Gates Millennium, and George W. Jenkins scholarship programs; these scholars are provided with unique opportunities and enhanced support to ensure they successfully navigate the higher education system.
