Freshmen Year

• Enroll in 1 credit UMX 110 Hammond course
• Meet with your scholarship advisor twice a month
• 18 hours of community service per semester
• Campus involvement
• Attend two academically focused events/programs per semester

Sophomore Year

• Meet with your scholarship advisor once a month
• Fall semester…explore field experience opportunities for the summer (i.e. internships, summer research, etc.)
• Spring semester…obtain letters of recommendation and submit application(s) for field experience opportunity for the summer

Junior Year

• Meet with your scholarship advisor once a month
• Continue field experience/research and/or consider a study abroad opportunity

Senior Year

• Meet with your scholarship advisor once a month
• Apply to graduate school program(s), pre-professional programs, and/or prestigious awards and fellowships
