At The Lab:
2010:First came to the lab in June to volunteer for 6 months
2012: Principal Investigator at the Lab: Elucidate the spatial and temporal activity patterns of free-ranging lemon sharks (Negaprion brevirostris) with specific focus on quantifying feeding strategy and periodicity.
Recently developed tri-axial acccelerometers will determine specific behaviors and activites over prolonged periods, and provide details on the daily activity of free ranging elasmobranchs |
