CALL FOR NOMINATION
2009 – 2010 Alumnus of Distinction

The School of Nursing Alumni Association Board of Directors is seeking nominations for the 2009 Alumnus of Distinction. This prestigious Award is presented each year at the Annual Homecoming Alumni Event. The School of Nursing Alumni Board of Directors, together with the members of our Homecoming Committee, review the nominations and select a candidate based on the following criteria:

  • Graduate of the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies

  • Contributed to the field of nursing and the betterment of health care as a profession

  • Contributed financial support to the School of Nursing and Health Studies

  • Has bought honor and recognition to the University of Miami and the School of Nursing and Health Studies for outstanding professional or personal achievement.

Nominations must be submitted by October 9, 2009 in order to be considered. To submit a nomination, fill out and submit the application below::
