Daniel Acevedo, MSN, CRNA, ARNP

Clinical Instructor (part-time)

A full-time staff CRNA in Jackson Memorial Hospital's Main Operating Room, Daniel Acevedo teaches part-time for the University of Miami's Nurse Anesthesia Program. With over ten years of experience in anesthesia and critical care, he has worked in the past for the UM/Bascom-Palmer Eye Institute, the JMH Trauma Intensive Care Unit, and the JMH Department Hyperbaric Medicine. Acevedo earned his MSN in Nurse Anesthesia and his BSN from Florida International University. He holds a diploma in nursing from the Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing where he received the Isabel Mustard Award in 1995. Mr. Acevedo's area of interest is anesthesia for children with complex congenital heart disease.
