Nomination and Selection Process:

Students and faculty may use the electronic form below to nominate candidates. You may only nominate one person per award category; Self nominations are not permitted. You must include your name and a statement of support for the nomination to be valid. The deadline for nominations is March 23rd. After nominations have been collected students, staff and faculty can mark and return a ballot to the Office of Student Affairs. Ballots must be returned by April 27th. Award recipients will be announced at the School of Nursing and Health Studies Awards Ceremony.
