About FEC

FEC participates in numerous events each year. During the annual “A Week of Cuban Culture,” FEC invites the student body to enjoy Cuban food, music, and activities all in the spirit of Cuban tradition. Other events include the annual Mami y Papi Party, Homecoming, UM Sports events, Rumble on the Green, and various club trips. None of these events, however, are mandatory! They are based on the time and commitment one has to offer FEC.
  • FEC encourages its members to get involved on campus, whether through student Leadership, or intramurals. Also, FEC harbors its members’ creativity and innovations by encouraging them to initiate their own projects. At weekly meeting, members are welcome to voice their opinions, announce festivities, and have a good time!

Meetings are held Tuesdays at 6:30 PM. Meet in UC205 at 6:15 PM. Come see what exciting theme has been chosen for each meeting – dress up and get ready for an awesome time!
