Responsible for organizing the officers and assigning them duties on a regular
basis and making sure that all the duties have been carried out and the goals
of the club as a whole are met. All Club activities are approved by the
president first. The president must have a good working knowledge of where to
go and who to contact for on-campus activities. The president is also required
to take the initiative to go out into the community to organize activities and
events that the club can participate in. The president must organize and run
regular club meetings.

Responsible for overseeing the Fundraising Events Coordinator in planning and
executing events. The vice-president must also be available to run meetings in
the event that the president is unable to do so and to provide
assistance/support to the president.
Vice President Fundraising

Responsible for overseeing the Students’ Activities Coordinator in planning
and executing events. The vice-president must also be available to run
meetings in the event that the president is unable to do so and to provide
assistance/support to the president.
Secretary

Responsible for keeping the database, which contains a list of all the members
and the activities that they have participated in, up-to-date. The secretary
shall be responsible for all Club correspondence using the Gmail account.
Treasurer

Responsible for receiving and depositing club dues and all other funds of the
club. The treasurer keeps an accurate account of all
receipts, expenditures
and reimbursements. The treasurer maintains communications with SAFAC (Student
Activity Fee Allocation Committee) filling out a budget form for the club's
upcoming semester. The treasurer informs the club regularly of its account
balance.
Student Activities Coordinator

Responsible for organizing both social and community service events,
including but not limited to: Multiple Myeloma and Multiple Sclerosis Walks,
picnics, physician shadowing, and volunteering opportunities. The activities
coordinator is actively aware of community events and ensures that the club
plays and active role in these events. The Student Activities Coordinator
shall be overseen by one of the Club vice-presidents.
Fundraiser Events Coordinator

Responsible for organizing all fundraising events, including but not limited
to: BankUnited Center concessions, Kaplan Course Auction Tabling, and
Carwashes. The Fundraising Events Coordinator shall be overseen by one of the
Club vice-presidents.
Historian

Responsible for maintain Club archives by scrapbooking. They have the option
of doing it manually or through Shutterfly. The Historian shall be responsible
for updating and maintain all Club bulletin boards. The Historian is also
responsible for taking pictures at all events and meetings, and he/she shall
also keep Facebook up-to-date with the latest events/meetings taking place.
