Welcome to the WEF-UM Homepage! The
University of Miami student chapter of the Water Environment Federation (WEF UM)
is a member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) which is a national
organization of environmental professionals from diverse backgrounds
including academia, public utilities, government, regulatory agencies, and
consulting engineers
The mission of the student chapter is to promote awareness
of environmental concerns that exist in Florida and the nation. Student
participation in FWEA includes several new programs such as the annual
ASCE Environmental Design Competition, the Seminar Series, local conferences,
fun trips and other activities.
