Operated by the University of Miami School of Communication, The Cosford Cinema offers a wide variety of contemporary, classic, art, and foreign films from around the world in a state-of-the-art wide-screen format. The Cosford Cinema also hosts special film events and lectures by renowned actors and directors.

This annual showcase features the work of students in the School of Communication Motion Pictures Program in multiple genres, including documentaries, comedies, dramas, and thrillers. A jury of industry professionals decide which films deserved to be named the Best of Fest and go on to the annual ’Canes Film Festival in Los Angeles.
