Pool & deck resurfacing; New terrazzo flooring throughout first floor; impact-resistant windows and doors; main stairwell opened up; UC Mural; new ceilings, lights in meeting rooms, ballroom, and public areas; “smart room” capability for primary meeting spaces; new furniture and carpeting in all lounge spaces; folding dividers in ballroom with limited sound transmission; new information desk and pool lobby desk; upgrading 2nd floor hallway to become student art gallery; new signage, bulletin boards, literature racks, and other equipment.
