To set up a new site, the unit head must complete the following three forms:

• Site Request Form (fax to 284-4081)
• Authorized Users Form (Web form)
• FTP Site/Access Request Form (Web form)

To gain access to update the Directory, the unit head must complete the following form:

• Directory Access Request Form (Web form)

The web area also provides 2 listservs so that you can be kept up-to-date on what is going on with the website.  If you are a web development site users, you should sign up for the Web Development Site user, sign up for the Web Development listserv.  Everyone should sign up for the Web Discussion Listserv.
