N Ready posture, move L foot to attention posture, Bow.

N Return to ready posture.

W Pivot counterclockwise on R foot into L low block in L Front stance, step forward into R Front stance with R punch.

E Pivot clockwise on L foot into R Low block in R Front stance, Step forward in L Front stance with L punch.

N Pivot counterclockwise on R foot into L Low block in L Front stance,

N Step forward into R Front stance executing R punch;

N Step forward into L Front stance executing L punch;

N Step forward into R Front stance executing R punch [Kiai];

E Pivot counterclockwise on R foot into L low block in L Front stance, step forward into R Front stance with R punch.

W Pivot clockwise on L foot into R Low block in R Front stance, Step forward in L Front stance with L punch.

S Pivot counterclockwise on R foot into L Low block in L Front stance,

S Step forward into R Front stance executing R punch;

S Step forward into L Front stance executing L punch;

S Step forward into R Front stance executing R punch [Kiai];

W Pivot counterclockwise on R foot into L low block in L Front stance, step forward into R Front stance with R punch.

E Pivot clockwise on L foot into R Low block in R Front stance, Step forward in L Front stance with L punch.
