Note: The University Rate is restricted to University events only.
Rates are based on a flat fee and include ONLY: event space, 400 banquet chairs, 30 banquet round tables, china, stemware, flatware, audio/visual components, parking for up to 200 cars, and event staff. In addition to the facility rental fee there will be charges for the rental of items not owned by the center (mentioned above), cleaning services (for events over 100 guests or any size event held on the weekends), security (for events held past 9pm), valet parking services, and parking attendants and barricades to secure reserved parking for any of the 200 facility owned spots.
Clients must use the Newman Alumni Center required caterer for food, beverages and linens.
