Document Submission

To begin the document submission process, access the Document Submission Tab by:

  1. Selecting the Document Submission Tab
  2. Selecting the appropriate document to process:
  • Account Change 
  • Additive Pay
  • Add Person
  • Birthday Change
  • Department Number Change
  • Job Code/Status Change
  • Layoffs
  • Leave of Absence
  • Move – Different Department
  • Move – Same Department
  • Move - Same Department Faculty to Faculty Only
  • New Hire/Rehire/Reassign
  • Pay/Distribution Correction
  • Position Update
  • Returns (Leave of Absence, Layoff, etc)
  • Sabbatical
  • Salary Change/Corrections
  • Separation
  • Visa/Marital Status
