Leaving a Legacy

Grateful for their outstanding education, members of the Class of 2010 launched the Miller School’s first Senior Class Gift campaign before graduating, ensuring that future students will have some help in meeting the financial obligations of obtaining the finest training available.

Through the efforts of the campaign’s committee members, Panta Rouhani, Tracy Walsh, and Lesley Farquharson, all M.D. ’10, more than 30 percent of the Class of 2010 pledged support for the John K. Robinson Fund for student scholarships and grants. As was the hope of the class members, the successful campaign also launched a tradition, spurring successors to follow in their footsteps.

“The Class of 2010 has laid the groundwork for the Class of 2011,” said fourth-year student Stacy Lieberman, who is leading the Class of 2011’s Senior Class Gift campaign. “The goal for our class is 100 percent participation, and I have little doubt that we’ll achieve that by Match Day!”
